Fusion International - Taylor College and Seminary Partnership: Americas Training Centre
Fusion International is partnering with Taylor College and Seminary to offer biblically based teaching and training that is proven to work in the real world. In an ongoing effort to find and offer the relevant and effective training for Canadians, Fusion International and Taylor College & Seminary, in Edmonton, Alberta have formed a partnership, which provides a unique, biblically-based and integrated approach to training for mission and service. Fusion's commitment to living the Christian faith in a practical way means that the organization has made a difference for thousands of people both in Australia as well as around the world. The fundamental concepts that have resulted in Fusion's rapid growth have been incorporated into Fusion's training that is being offered at the Taylor campus. The journey of this partnership:Following a series of meetings and interactions between Fusion Canada and Taylor College Seminary, senior members of Taylor staff participated in Fusion's Foundations Course in Kansas and visited Fusion's Training Headquarters in Tasmania, in an effort to explore the possibility of a training partnership between the two organizations.
In October 2009 the partnership was formalised with a vision to see a Fusion Training Centre that will serve the whole of the Americas - equipping people for transformational mission and helping young people find their place in what God is doing locally and globally.
